How do I know if my photo is suitable?

This can be tricky, but the best way to check is to open the photo on a PC and zoom into the person's face until it fills your monitor from top to bottom. If the image is still crisp and clear it's usually a good choice of photo. If it looks fuzzy and pixelated it might not be so good, however we can enhance it so feel free to place your order and we'll do our best with it. If we feel it won't make good quality masks, we'll put your order on hold and contact you for another photo.

If you're not sure, feel free to email us and we can check before you place your order.
